Notes:
- All rates are quoted in South African Rands and are per person per night.
- All rates include full board (unless otherwide indicated), 2 game drives per day and/or a bush walk.
Child Policy - Child occupying with 2 adults - accepted when triple is available, if third child is not older that 12 years of age - pays 50% of the adult rate.
- Children 6 - 11 years old, if occupying with an adult - 75% of the applicable adult rate.
- Children 6 - 11 years old, occupying their own room with or without other children - pay the FULL adult rate.
Cancellation Policy - Confirmed Reservations - More than 30 days prior to arrival - 15% of the total reservation value.
- Between 15 - 30 days prior to arrival - 30% of the total reservation value.
- Between 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total reservation value.
- Within 7 days of arrival and/or non-arrival - 100% of the total reservation value.
- Provisional reservations will not incur a cancellation fee if cancelled in writing prior to confirmation.
Payment Policy - A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of reservation date to confirm a reservation.
- Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Reservations made within 30 days of approval date are required to be paid in full with immediate effect.
- All rates in South Africa are quoted in South African Rands and are NETT and NON-COMMISSIONABLE.
